You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. We do not offer refunds for unused months or the remaining portion of your subscription.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Add-on and delete all copies of the Add-on.

Warranties and Disclaimer

The Add-on is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Add-on. Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-on in the twelve months prior.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of your company’s headquarters for the resolution of any legal matters arising from these Terms of Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
